Strategy: All roads lead to Cheldan Homes. As part of a rebranding campaign, this builder's aggressive outdoor buy needed BIG impact. Clean and easy-to-read at 60 MPH, smiling children helped point the way to Cheldan's communities in an outdoor effort that made them a household name. Corporate executives were flooded with e-mails and phone calls of buyers giving their thumbs-up to the marketing effort. This branding effort not only helped Cheldan nearly double their housing starts in one year's time, it gave them a face in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex and gave them a higher profile with local developers.
