Strategy: In order to sell completed luxury inventory homes in a short time period, Land Plan wanted to offer a TRIP that would blow away every other builder's incentive trip. That is exactly what happened with this 7-day Mediterranean cruise on the most exclusive luxury liner.  Through creative baskets, e-marketing and collateral materials that underscored the exclusivity of the trip and ports of call, Realtors were quickly made aware of the trip of a lifetime and increased showings of all inventory.
