Project: Lantana Loves Ya Lots Program
Strategy: This multi-faceted program was created to increase Realtor participation and demonstrate the developers appreciation for selling homes in Lantana. The LOVE YA LOTS name showed "Love" for our Realtors. Using stunning graphic identity to establish the incentive plan, personalized gifts were sent to each Realtor for showings and sales. From gas cards to fresh flowers and sweets, handwritten notes etc., the program's branding, quickly gained popularity as Realtor sales almost doubled from the previous year reaching almost 70 percent of all Lantana sales.
