Strategy: To promote the Toll Brothers 100 percent Advanced Commission Program to the top-producing Dallas/Fort Worth Realtors, a program was created that would impress agents selling luxury homes, while establishing and enhancing the Toll Brothers brand. The initial gift- a crystal bowl from Tiffany and Co.- was hand delivered to 215 top agents. The gifts were so nice, everyone wanted one, creating a lot of BUZZ among Realtors. The result was much higher Realtor showings/participation as well as elevating Toll Brothers' program to one of the top two incentive programs in the market.
